This week for the first time in a long time (as far as we remember) we had a full turnout for Deanery Chapter. It was great to welcome Rev Jo Barr (Berrow and Brean) and Rev Margaret Hayward (Burnham-on-Sea) to their first chapter meeting since their ordinations as Deacons, and Rev Dan Brown (Highbridge) fresh from his ordination as a Priest. It was also slightly tinged with sadness as we said our goodbyes (although not for the last time for definite) to our Area Dean, Rev Sharon Crossman as she prepares to move on to her new role in Salisbury Diocese later this summer.
