Deanery Synod is a gathering of representatives from parishes across our deanery. Meeting 3-4 times a year, we worship together, learn together about how best we can be the church to our local communities, take note of what is happening in the diocese and wider church and support each other. Recent Deanery Synods have heard from local Village Agents; worked on our Deanery Mission Plan; about children’s work in the local area; about how we can best communicate the gospel; met on a farm to hear about the work of The Farming Community Network.

Axbridge Deanery
