Diocesan Mission and Pastoral Committee

The following is taken from the Diocese of Bath and Wells website:

The Mission and Pastoral Committee is principally responsible for reviewing arrangements for pastoral supervision, which involves deployment of clergy and related pastoral organisation. Members of the Bishop’s Council act as the members of the Committee. Most of the work of the committee is undertaken at archdeaconry level.

There are three Archdeaconry Mission and Pastoral Groups, Bath, Taunton and Wells, which meet twice yearly.
